We are looking for a partner in an exciting project that we have designed in Costa Rica. The project has been aptly named El Club. We have found a funding Company willing to finance 100% of the project. They require proof of funds of 5%. This is a U.S. based funding Company out of Colorado. They have recently funded a 3 billion dollar project. The funds are fully protected and returnable upon funding approval. As we move forward, you will be provided with the name, contact person and name of the funding agency so that you may do your due diligence prior to investing. For your assistance I am offering a 20% partnership in the project. .

We have waited to solicit until the voting referendum for approval of the TLC or trade free agreement was with the United States; that approval took place on October 7th of this year. Costa Rica is literally exploding at this time on two fronts. First, there is the Pacific tourist beach areas and second, San José. The trade free zones in San José along with the call centers have reached a point that qualified employees are in peak demand. Hewlett Packard, for example, has hired 7,000 employees and is still searching for more. Scotiabank has bought the Banco Interfin Bank. Citicorp has bought out Banco Uno and Cuscatlan banks. From an appraiser’s standpoint one way of judging the business climate of an area is to look at the number of job want ads in the newspapers. The number of classified ads in the principle newspaper La Nación has at least tripled in the past year. The project, “El Club” is a unique concept. It is designed to meet this ever increasing business demand. But what is so different with this concept is the fact that a second use; i.e. the social demand. For example, importation of consumer goods this year has increased 26% this year. We urge you to carefully read the proposal and get back to me if you are interested. At that point I will give you further details on the financing of the project that will allow you to do your own due diligence.
